I've had a message to say you are cancelling my account. On the 4th August. What does that mean.

@Bella1953 You need to ring Sky I'm afraid. This is primarily a customer to customer forum. 

 

I've not heard of Sky doing this before so may be a phishing scam. Either way I would ring Sky to check for sure.
