Account suspended

Last year, I lost my phone and informed MySky about the incident. Following my report, my account was suspended. Since then, I have made several attempts to access my MySky account on a new phone, but unfortunately, I have been unable to do so. But I am paying regular monthly installments of my contract 

I am outside of UK right now . What should i do

You'd still be expected to make any remaining finance repayments whether or not you are in possession of the hardware.

It pop up in screen " your account has been suspended " and I couldn't open anything in app.
