Account restrictions

Hello, 

 

every time I go to look at my bills or orders I'm met with this page is restricted/ I don't have access. Could I get some help please?

Can we clarify ~ your Sky services aren't restricted but the access to your bill/account is?

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may contact you later.

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

Update - spoken to @Karma1 and after some checks we found they needed to call our specialist Sky ID team.

hi, 

i wasnt able to get my problems fixed. was transered around 3/4 times. to be told i need to make another account with a diffrent email. so that it can be linked. when i did create another account it to my surprise did not work because my account is already linked somewhere else. very unpleased with everything.
