Account restricted

I cancelled my account in March 2026, paid final bill in April and have now have a final demand for £73.00 for June, have tried calling to speak to someone but as account is restricted i can't speak to anyone until i pay outstanding amount,  cant find an email address 

all equipment has been returned, i want to speak to someone at sky as the letter states if i dont pay within 10 days it will go to debt collection agency its Rediculous,

Unfortunately you will need to pay what Sky say you owe before staff will talk to you. Could you have cancelled your payment method too early (before your notice period ended)?

Are you sure you actually canceled everything? As if you cancelled in March giving 31days notice as you say your final bill should have  been in April. If they are asking £73 for June. What happened in May? As said on a previous post you have to pay the outstanding amount now before Sky will talk to you. Once done you should be able to contact Sky and find out why the  payments are continuing. If there has been a error on there part and you subscription  is actually cancelled  on everything. Sky will probably refund you for the extra payments.

i cancelled in Feb giving a months notice, full month paid im March then paid outstanding days in April

i cancelled in feb , giving 31 days, paid a full month march, part month April, they are charging me for bb, tv and sky talk may , i have email confirming cancellation 17/03

As we've said Sky will not speak to you until the arrears Sky believe you owe have been paid and you’ve also set up a new continuous payment method. Until then any calls to Sky should only prompt you to pay.

 

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link

Unfortunately to speak to Sky you will have to pay the outstanding amount and though you beleave your account is cancelled you will also still have set new continuous payment ie direct debit. Once that is done a give a few days for your payment to clear, then  you will then be able to speak to Sky to sort out the situation. Unfortunately you  have not done this,  Sky will not speak to you. Phoning them will only result in a message telling to pay the outstanding payment. Once sorted and if your account was cancelled as you say Sky will probably refund the extra payments they have taken,

have paid outstanding amount and had to set up account !!!!!    have spoken to them now they have cancelled my subscriptions and have said that a refund should be with me the first week of July,  funny how they can take my money today but have to wait a week to get it back, lets see, will let you know if i get it back when they say!!  awful service

Refunds are never instant. They usually take 3-5 working days.

Glad to hear it been sorted but don't cancel your direct debit this time  till you get your refund as it will be paid into your bank account. Once you get that it will be safe to cancel direct debit. again
