Account number

I cannot find my account number to set up "mysky account" can you help please.

@Nichola15  As customers we have no access to your account or will knwo your account number.  Have you checked your emails from Sky as it's likley it's been sent to you when you signed up.

 

You should be able to sign up with your postcode and bank details if you can't find your account number https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-link-tv-broadband-talk

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have the same problem. I recently opened an account, waiting for installation. I have an email "We're pleased to confirm your order with Sky Broadband and Talk" - there's No Account Number on it.

I've logged in online to try and access the number and I get a page that says: "Household related account information".

When I try and access the page with my orders I get this message: "This page is restricted"

I had a referral code, getting emails to say time is running out to use it, but I can only use it when I have an account number.
