I have got rid of all letter that came in not realising the account number was on them and I can't set up my sky id without it. My bank account number last 6 digit details are not recognised either for some reason. Plus I don't have a welcome email with the number. Any help?

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI'm not sure there is but I have have had a thought, has Sky taken your first payment yet as sometimes the reference number they use is your account number.
You might also be able to find it via your TV service if you are a TV customer and accessing your account details.

I've been paying for well over a year I just wanted to upgrade then realised I had all of these issues I'll give this a try though
