Account locked

Hello ,

I have now been locked out of my account now for at least 2 weeks and have not recieved a single update from any teams.
I have called the number that is presented to me when I try to log in and am greeted with the robot that tells me they are working to fix this. I stayed on the phone and eventually got put through to a real person (I think) who told me its with the fraud team and with would take up to 14 days, which has now passed. To date I have recieved 0 communicaions from anyone about my account. 

 

Pretty sure I was the reason for the account being locked as I tried to purchase a plan whilst out of the country due the the deal expiring beofre I returned to the UK.

 

I would be able to explaion this if they tried phoning me or had a proper number to talk to a real people from the correct team.

How do I get through the the fruad team or someone that can escalate this.

As I understand it, the Fraud team are not customer facing. I'm afraid it's a matter of waiting for them to finish their investigation.
