Any help I've been locked out of sky now since Christmas and despite calling many time have had no success getting back in to manage my account.
last week I spend 2 hours on the phone spoke to 8 different people, IDM team raised a complaint and said it would be resolved in 3 days however 5 days later it's still not fixed.
I am running out of options & patience now any advice help gratefully received before I escalate further !!!!
When you say you have been locked out of your account what onscreen message do you see when trying to access it ?
