Sky have deducted a random bill from my account 5 months after I switched broadband supplier - I can't see the bill or details on my old sky account login - what should I do next?

Re: Random bill 5 months after account closure
A bill that long after you closed your account could be in relation to Sky equipment you haven't returned.
Not sure why you can't see your bill online - it should still be accessible - but as you can't you may need to call to establish what it's about.

Re: Random bill 5 months after account closure
How much is it for? Could it be for non returned equipment such as a Sky hub?

Re: Random bill 5 months after account closure
I thought that might be the case (though Sky have given me no details or notice thereof) and I do indeed still have the box but I checked back on the emai which states "...but don't worry we'll send you packaging so you can easily return equipment once the switch is complete", I had therefore anticipated further communication (as stated). Now I am no longer a customer - what is the protocol for sorting this?

@EVNZ
If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services. We obviously can't see you bills.

There is a good chance that is a non return charge as while Sky should have sent you the packaging it should have been returned by now.

Return the equipment (you can use your own packaging as explained here) and obtain proof of postage. We'll then be able to put you in touch with Sky's messaging team who will be able to refund the payment.
