Hi there , I've been with sky for over a year now and my contracts and billing information are still missing from my sky Id account, as well as this the internet service I'm paying for 61m/s and yet never get more than 4 despite it being plugged directly into the WiFi box

Are you saying your billing page is just blank so there is nothing there, if so is this via the MySky app or online via the Sky website or even both that this is happening by ?

Both billing and contracts are missing stating I have no products with sky

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
