If you want to use the same email address as the old account you need to remove and replace it with a different address on the old account first
You can do this yourself via this link

Once done your free to create a new sky id using the same email address here

if you no longer can't access the old account for whatever reason the only option is to use a different email (you can get free email accounts from the likes of gmail etc)

I tried this. I spoke on the phone also for an hour did not work. I was told to use new emails and i did that.
After using new emails I never had an option to select to link my new sky account details, or address or even bank details. it just takes me to a page where i have nothing to view.

No that didnt help. That is for sky mobile. I am just trying to link my new broadband account number to any sky email. Not successful.

I found out the issue. Used my wifes iPhone to do it and it registered easily. Not sure why my samsung or laptop was not letting me link. oh well thanks for your help.
