Account in wrong name

How do you change account into your own name and not a exes name

You can't I'm afraid. Your ex needs to cancel, send any loaned equipment back, then you can take out a subscription in your own right.

@Bigsky1  Sky don't allow account ownership changes except in certain situations (changing it from an ex partner is not one of them) , your ex would have to cancel and you sign up yourself

Don't be tempted to leave things as they are. There have been innumerable posts from other customers who have done so and have later come across insurmountable problems- not least when trying to cancel.
