Account cancelled in January but still active!

Hi,

 

Sky broadband talknwas cancelled in January, I have the email showing it was cancelled but yournaystems are still trying to bill me.

 

I will not call you, I have contacted you twice via support chat and they confirmed it was cancelled. 

 

The account is being shown as suspended, what else should I be doing if your own staff can't correctly cancel an account.

 

The property is now using BT broadband.

@MarkPit  You're not contacting Sky via the forum, Sky won't contact you in respone to a forum post.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
