Hi,
Sky broadband talknwas cancelled in January, I have the email showing it was cancelled but yournaystems are still trying to bill me.
I will not call you, I have contacted you twice via support chat and they confirmed it was cancelled.
The account is being shown as suspended, what else should I be doing if your own staff can't correctly cancel an account.
The property is now using BT broadband.
