Help please my mobile account is in credit I still use the account but want to withdraw the amount I am in credit can this be done?

Yes, I paid it manually online thinking it needed to be paid and then the D/D came out which put me into credit, so was wondering if I can get the money back?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
