Account credit

I received an automatic delay repay credit refund to my account after my broadband installation was delayed by almost two months. I have not cancelled my account and I am a continued customer, but I would like this credit refunded to my payment account. Any advice on how to do this would be much appreciated, thank you.

@Olivia66 You will have to call Sky to request the compensation be paid in to your bank account.
