Hi, I cancelled my contract before Christmas but still waiting for my credit refund. It is constantly being moved to the next month. When will this get credited?

I moved from Q to Stream before Christmas and my Q account was in credit and I left it quite a while before calling Sky directly. The refund was in my account within a few days after speaking to them.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
