Account compromised
I have been with sky for 20+ years, nevery had a mobile account! Just sky talk (home phone) broadband and sky tv. Over three months ago someone hacked my account and ordered 5 iphone 16 pro max phones. After at a guess i would say more than 40 calls later sky's fraud team finally sorted the situation out but in the meantime i had received several letters, emails, text messages from a debt recovery company wanting payment for phones i didn't have, my credit rating was excellent and now it is of poor status.
I was assured by sky that this would be reinstated once the case was closed.
The case is now closed and my credit score is still of the same status. Is there any way i can push to get this sorted out.

@jislamae2013 it will take some time for the information to filter through to the credit agencies even when the case is closed. eg my ClearScore dropped after spending £8K on 1 of my credit cards this month. It was immediately cleared but will take at least 8 weeks.
Further suggestion... change passwords and consider using a password manager...
