In country Abroad where can’t call (WhatsApp?)

Can't get thru to live chat on th sky app as the virtual assistant is useless 

 

Need to sort bill, is these a WhatsApp number ?

@MDW05 Sky do not offer support via Whatsapp. You can call any of Sky's UK support numbers starting 03 from abroad simply by addinng the UK access code which is +44 and dropping the zero before the 3. Calls can involve a period on hold and do not accept offers of texts etc.

What do you mean by 'sort bill'?

 

Can't it wait for your return?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
