Account billing

I've now cancelled my whole package but my current bill states I owe -£43. Does this mean I'm actually in credit and Sky owe me? My previous bills have been £104, then down to £56 after initial cancellation and now -£43.

Yes, that's a credit.

 

It should be automatically refunded within 6 weeks.  You may wish to call to get it quicker.
