Account access

I am still waiting for someone to fix my account. I haven’t been able to access it for some time now. Last time I spoke to someone was over a year ago. Why is this problem still ongoing??

Message reads,we cannot complete your request online please try again later or veiw manage your account,. 

I can't change my package unless I call Sky, but cannot be bothered with their patter about what they can give me. 

I just want to access my account online and check the offers.

And this happens when you are just trying to look at your account via the MySky app or online and if so would you like Sky's messaging team via here to contact you about this so it can be looked into for you ?
