My sky plus has been cut off the money is normally taken out on the 28th of every month last month

My sky multi room has been cut off you didn't 

take the money out last month even though the money is in there?

@Ianalone  You're not talking to Sky, this is a customer helps customer community.

 

The only reason your services would be cut is oif Sky were unable to take your payment on 2 seperate occasions.  the 1st being the normal due date, then again 10 days later if the 1st one fails.

 

Have you checked your direct debot details are correct?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you pay by direct debit and there were insufficient funds in your account Sky will have tried again Monday 8th July. If there was still insufficient money to pay the bill in full then the automatic restriction process would start.
