As I didn't see the offer to a private chat !!!

I did post a link for you @Olivia+p explaining how this works and where to find the chat bubble that is at the bottom of this page, so as per my post you need to type in it to start the chat.

Re: Account Restricted For No Reason

I am having the very same issue. I want to buy a laptop but when I go to the tablet/laptop section on Sky.com I get the message that my services are restricted. I click the option to reinstate my services which seems to work and allows me to view my bill, which is all up to date.

However, if I look at my Marketplace subscriptions it appears that there is a 'returned' payment for Disney+. There is no reason why this should be as the payment went through fine the month before. When contacting the bank, they informed us that no payment request was made.

The problem is that there appears no way to make a payment as even though Disney+ was added through the Sky Q menu, Sky advises that I need to contact Disney about the payment, but Disney advises that it need to be done via Sky.

I cancelled Disney+ and have waited until the end of the term thinking that there would be a prompt to settle the outstanding payment, but there is nothing.

I have never struggled so much to 'give' someone money and this is driving me nuts!
