Credit refund

I was originally told I would receive my refund into my bank within 3-5 days. I was then told I will receive a cheque in 5-10 days. It has been over 2 weeks since this and I've been waiting for the refund since July. Any advice?

If your previous direct debit has been cancelled Sky do indeed have to manually raise a cheque and post it to you so this obviously takes a lot longer.
