Account Credit Refund

I closed my account over 3 months ago and was advised the credit on my account would be refunded. I searched hiscyo go about getting the balanced refunded and was told to post here.

Contact Sky and they'll be able to make a manual refund to your bank account (providing y9ur direct debit is still in place) within 5 days.
