Account Closure

I have an iPad on Sky Mobile. Balance is paid off and zero outstanding. how do I get the account closed and removed from my credit report?

@Twb  It will only he removed from your credit file after 6 years I beleive, and that is down to the CRA's not Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Twb  It can take a few weeks for the credit agencies to be updated when the agreement has been ended.
