Accidentally made two payments

Hi I saw my bill was overdue so I went to make a payment on the app it said it went through from my bank but didn't say it on the app so I made the payment again this time it went through on the app but now it's taken two payments from my bank will I get one of them refunded thanks 🙂

Only if you request it. Otherwise it will sit in your Sky account and be used against next month's bill.

 

Once your Sky account shows that you're in credit, we can help you obtain a refund within 5 days, if you wish.

Okay thank you for the reply, how do I request it do I have to wait for my account to go into credit

Wait until your Sky account shows it's in credit (otherwise there's nothing for Sky to refund) then go,ahead and post again, and we'll ask Sky's messaging team to contact you so that you can request a refund (or you could call, of course).

Hi not yet the balance shows £0 so I'm hoping that my bank will just send it back I'll wait a day or two and check again see what it say thank you both for help

I would check your Sky account on Monday once these payments have been processed by the banks as hopefully you should then see this credit so when you do post back here as we can then arrange the help for you.

Yeah me neither haha don't know why I thought they would I'll just wait till Monday and check then, and if it's credit post again but thanks again
