Accessing two sky accounts

I have two Sky accounts one for Stream, the other for Broadband. Both were set up at different times and I am ok having two accounts as they are billed independently at different dates and if I decide at some time to drop tv or broadband, one or the other is not affected.

 

The problem is I can only access Stream being the most recent one set up. I am not able to access my broadband account at all. 

MySkyApp only allows access to Stream as the account number is inbedded on the log in page and cannot be changed.

 

There appears to be no generic Sky log in where you can enter account numbers.

 

Both share the same email address but different passwords. I don't particularly want to merge them into one account, but accessing both would be good. Being separate accounts works for me as mentioned above.

 

Hopefully there is a solution which I haven't found yet!

That could be your issue as you are using the same email address for the two accounts so I would suggest calling Sky and asking to speak to their ID team and ask them to change one of the logins to either a different email address or just a different login.

Do you use the email address as a login so you enter it in the username section when accessing your online account ?

Yes but I tend to leaved it as signed in rather than log off each time, then log in the next time
