Overcharged billing for more than 6 months

I'm posting this as a last resort before I leave sky after being a loyal customer for years. In Sep 2025 I upgraded my broadband to the full fibre 500 as I was promised the same price as my existing bill of £27 per month which was within my budget. However, I realised a couple of months ago I was being charged £43 per month. Since then I have made numerous calls and have had a horrible experience with at least 5 agents based in south africa who have been no help. They accepted my discount has not been applied in error and promised investigations, call recording listening, escalating to management but unfortunately I have still had no update. I have been overcharged £112. Customer service has been honestly the worst experience I have had with any organisation. Please can somebody kindly help to look into this and refund me the overpayments and correct my monthly bill otherwise I have no choice but to leave. I have tolerated this unfortunate experience this long out of loyalty. Thank you

No one can look into it here. You haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

Have you made a complaint to Sky?

You can put in a complaint via this online link:

https://www.sky.com/help/complaints

This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.
