Absolutely useless

Sky is absolutely useless, called up about 4 times over a couple of weeks now as I have been experiencing issues but apparently everything is fine and no issues when clearly there is!! I'm wanting to cancel but they are wanting me to pay an early exit fee! Absolutely not a chance! does anyone else experience any issues?

In general! but mainly With the WIFI when watching programs on demand. When watching a program it keeps dropping out?
