When I sign into my account i get this message "Sorry, we can't find your accoun"t

I can't access anything other than the most basic details. My bandwidth is poor and I have safe sarch that needs to be taken off. Please help

Clearly something is amiss if it isn't finding your account so you might want to contact Sky about this, if you are unable to call then they can also be contacted via social media via the links at the bottom of the page.
