About to return sky stream puck

Hello, i hope you're doing well.

by mistaken store person from the curry place my sky order and I received a parcel from the sky but for now i want to return it. Can you please suggest me the right method to return it and where to return it.

If you want to cancel your account then you must do this with 31 days and to do so you must call Sky.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Sky should then send you some packaging to use to return the puck so if you haven't received it then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
