Customer care is atrocious considering the amount charged - bot is a waste of time
Had complained to Sky via the chat a couple months ago ( must have been the lucky 0.01% that actually got s human) as I wanted to cancel due to costs. Got a new 'deal' if you can call it that but still been charged an absolute fortune and can't speak to anyone to sort it
its an absolute disgrace and I'm surprised you still have customers....oh that's right we can't get through to cancel!

Do you believe you 're being charged more than the deal you agreed? Bear in mind you're still liable for the annual April increase, in accordance with your terms and conditions, so that will have increased your monthly payments.

If you were being charged the amount you agreed then it's correct as you agreed to it, but as stated you're still going to be affected by the annual price increase in April (so April 2026 as well).
Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by.
I'm surprised you still have customers

Nobody here can do that - we're customers, same as you. Sky sent you a written copy,of the details of the deal you agreed to. You can use that to compare against your bills?

Also worth noting that there is no provision to cancel the TV contract due to the annual price rise, unless the list price ( not the discounted price) as exceeded 10% as set out in the T&Cs. Therefore as you are within a 24 months contract Sky can reject any request to cancel the contract early ( or if they except it will likely ask for the remainder of the contract to be paid for in one lump sum )

Same, rang to bring my bill down. It's now £15 higher.

Indeed.
I've been battling CS since it was confirmed last week that I'm moving House on the 12th of May, they keep telling Sky Fibre doesn't serve the High Green, Sheffield area, therefore I am trying to cancel the account or at least take the Landline and TV accounts with me, but they don't understand my problem and wanted to send an Engineer out yesterday afternoon to disconnect all my services?
