Hi my bill is meant to be £29.50 but I've just checked my account and it's charged me £46.63 when I'm meant to be only paying £29.50

Yes I've only been with sky since march 2023 and this is my second month of being with sky and I'm already getting bills of them higher than they should be even though my package is £29.50 a month for 6 or 12 months

Find out moreWhen you join you're charged from the date your service goes live, as you would expect, but Sky bill you a month in advance, so at some point in the first couple of months you end up paying from the start date to the end of that month AND for the next month in advance. Your bill will show you the dates you're paying for.
If your future bills are for the amount you're expecting to pay, almost certainly you're being billed correctly.

There was also a price increase from April. You may have 60 day price protection on some products.
