£9 owing on Disney plus

I owe £9 on Disney plus through sky but I can't seem to pay it anywhere it's frustrating as I want to pay it but I can't do it through app or get through to an agent 

please help 🙏🙏🙏

Can you not the payment via the Sky Marketplace section of your bill ?

No it's not giving me the option to pay my bills are all up to date just saying I owe Disney plus 🤷🤷

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:
