50 euro credit

Hello.

I subscribed to SKY past November and was told the first payment of 50 euro I made on the same day I subscribed would be later converted into credit on my account.

On my first bill it was shown as 50 euro for some phone instalation but never got the ammount as a credit.

How does it work then?

If it is showing as a credit that the 50 euro credit should be used to pay your next bill meaning that the amount you actually pay is 50 euro less. If you look at your next bill it should show if this is happening.

Re: 50 euro credit

Hi, and thanks for replying.

That's the thing. It was never shown as a credit but the guy who made my subscription told me it should become as a credit within next payments and never did.

I just want to be sure it wasn't any kind of "trick" to make me subscribe to the services of SKY.

You are going to have to call Sky Ireland again about this as they will need to look into it for you.
