3x extra billing on top of contract

Has anyone else had ongoing billing issues with Sky after moving house? Because I’m honestly at my wits' end with this.

I originally had a Sky Full Fibre 300 contract from 31 July 2025, paying £19/month for 24 months. After moving, I called Sky on 9 November 2025 and renegotiated everything. I agreed to stay on Full Fibre 300 and add Sky WiFi Max for £4 extra, making my new total £23/month. This was confirmed to me on the call and I received a contract summary for this.

Then my December bill shows up: £65.77.
Absolutely nowhere near what I agreed.

So I called Sky on 20 November, spent over an hour on the phone, and was reassured the correct offer would be applied within 24–48 hours. Spoiler: nothing changed on 24 November.

We’re now past that—and still no correction. My account doesn’t reflect the contract I agreed to, and I’m still stuck with this completely wrong bill.

Honestly just feeling really frustrated at this point. Has anyone dealt with something similar? How did you get it resolved?

@Dicksun

Dies the December bill cover a longer period than the usual moth to reflect the changes you've made? What do future bills show?
