As other customers only here clearly we can not view your bills so what is the difference between this Sky bill and last months, you can view your bills via the MySky app or online here:

 

https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk

 

The usual reason is either you are new customer where as your first bill cover more than 4 weeks they will be higher or you have a discount that is ending or has ended.

@hurd08  No one here can can cancel anything, this is a customer helps customer community.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
