@Wibbly-Woo

Everyone will be paying different depending on what they were able to negotiate the last time they renewed. From recent posts on here it does seem that decent deals are increasingly hard to find. If you choose to leave the same will happen at the end of your discounted deal with whoever you go with. Once you've been away for 18 months you'll be able to rejoin and benefit from new customer discounts.

Just to add… your contract doesn't expire until you cancel, just the discounts will be ending.

From recent posts, it would seem that you can expect to pay not much less than the list price, but ultimately it depends what you're able to negotiate with Sky.

Your VIP status and tenure have nothing to do with subscription prices.

@Wibbly-Woo Vip status counts for nothing when it comes to what customers pay

No single customer pays the same so you will need to call and negotiate a price in return you will need to commit to a new minimum term

if you don't renew the undiscounted prices listed on your screenshot will be payable

In short, probably none.  The VIP scheme is not a discount or loyalty scheme.

Re: 22 years Sky platInum VIP

In short - the whole sky business is poorly and unfairly run

I mean - when someone has to negotiate the best price for a basic service - it is WRONG

Sky should set out exactly what the next years service will cost everybody at the start of a contract and stick to it.

We can't negotiate a deal for gas and electricity and water - can we ?

And then there's these annual price rises - these are just WRONG - What right does sky have to increase the price by COL + 5%  (Or whatever) automatically year on  year ?

@Wibbly-Woo

Yet this is something you've agreed to each time you've renegotiated a new discount. Costs to Sky rise like everything else. All providers do it so if you move somewhere else the annual price increase will still apply and by more in some cases.

@Daniel0210Then they are all wrong - the law should be changed to stop this exploitative business from being given free range to charge whatever they like.

@PandJ2020Just because the "contract says......." doesn't make it right - if the contract said  "on Thurdsays - only people who's surnames begin with J are allowed to watch Discovery History" - would you feel like complying ?
