2 hour wait time to cancel sky!

Spent last 2 days trying to get through to sky, spoke to one guy after it took an hour to get through but he could only canx skyQ and not sky streaming service. Just spent 2 hours on the last attempt to then be cut off **bleep**. Absolure torture, must have listened to B52s Rock Lobster over 10 times! 

Does anyone have an email address or postal address to write to sky to cancel?

Scroll to the bottom and select need more help and it opens up additional contact methods including a live chat,  email and snail mail address.

Thanks but I have tried that, only option i get is to call 0818.....@ 5.3 cent a minute...

Ah yes in the ROI the options are more limited.

it should still show an address to write to as far as I'm aware.

Select ‘Need more help’ at the bottom of the following link which will lead to contact details.

(Make sure the flag in the bottom right corner is the correct one ie; UK or ROI).
ROI customer ~ it’s only by calling Sky Ireland or writing in.

If you are cancelling Sky Q totally the return packaging will be sent out towards the end of your notice period. Don’t forget to keep your proof of posting indefinitely.

Tried again and this time there was an option for messaging and fb BUT service was closed as after 4.30pm! 

Anyhow, this is the address to write and cancel so will try that option.
