2 direct debits

has anyone been told one price when signing up then paid more? I was advised my monthly amount and have now realised im being charged for services seperately. one DD for tv and another for broadband?

@Sandraf2  Which tv platform do you have 

 

only glass or stream subscriptions should have a different dd from broadband otherwise they are the same bill

 

broadband is not included in the cost of subscription tv its a separate subscription and payment

i have sky glass, tv +netflix (gifted) and broadband - i was advised what my total would be mothly which is the correct amount for one fo my DD i was never told there would be 2 different direct debits for 2 different amounts. im paying £16.99 more than what was agreed on the telephone

@Sandraf2  My guess is the £16.99 dd is for broadband and the other being for the tv subscription as they are separate purchases and payments 

 

You may have been told the price of the tv side but not the broadband or vice versa

 

as I previously mentioned tv and broadband are sold separately and not together

i'll be calling later as i was given one price and thats what i expected to pay.  Really not happy.

Hi I've now got the same problem did you get anything sorted. I did mine on the app and it seemed like £70 a month I've now been charged two direct debits almost equalling £100.

Yeah we have the same

Told us it was one price for the sky glass and broadband now have to seperate bills and dd making it double on what we agreec

@Darren057 two separate bills for Glass and broadband is normal. That wouldn't result in payments being doubled though, so there just be another reason for that.
