has anyone been told one price when signing up then paid more? I was advised my monthly amount and have now realised im being charged for services seperately. one DD for tv and another for broadband?

only glass or stream subscriptions should have a different dd from broadband otherwise they are the same bill
broadband is not included in the cost of subscription tv its a separate subscription and payment

i have sky glass, tv +netflix (gifted) and broadband - i was advised what my total would be mothly which is the correct amount for one fo my DD i was never told there would be 2 different direct debits for 2 different amounts. im paying £16.99 more than what was agreed on the telephone

You may have been told the price of the tv side but not the broadband or vice versa
as I previously mentioned tv and broadband are sold separately and not together

i'll be calling later as i was given one price and thats what i expected to pay. Really not happy.
