Requested an upgrade from sky plus to sky Q in May 2023, but installer opened a new account and thus we have been still paying the sky plus fee of between £43 and £45.50 every month since then totalling £1337.50. Called sky to discuss this issue on 3 occasions ,they said they would investigate and reply to me within 7 days. I have had no reply, just a refund of £36. What do I do next?
