Refund

I had an email sent telling me I was going to get a refund for a £124, it will be in my bank account within 3 to 5 working days, which was over a week ago, but still no refund, this refund was because I had over paid on sky streaming

Unless previously agreed to refund it to you bank account it's normally added as a credit to you Sky account so have you checked future bills to see if the credit has been applied?

What is this refund from and do you see a credit on your account ?

No it shows on my account but it says it will be in bank 3-5 days that was on the 10th nov

I think it is worth you calling Sky about this as it doesn't appear to have been refunded if the credit is still showing on your account.
