Fed up

Why do i keep getting on my tv (TO CONTINUE VIEWING PLEASE CALL SKY ON [Removed]) every time I do can't speak to someone also i don't know why I've got to speak to, my payments are all up to date thankyou.

Which TV platform do you have; Sky+, Sky Q, Stream or Sky Glass?

What are you trying to watch on which channel and in what format ie; SD, HD or UHD?
