Hi I have just received my latest sky bill I have calls unlimited. I have 1 call costing £5.94 ? It say NGN (1) call. When I click on this it lists up a 0300 number then says no charge 0.00 .Can anyone tell me how to find out where the £5.94 is charged to .TIA.

Was this a call via Sky mobile (all calls are unlimited apart from the fair useage policy) or Sky Talk landline where free calls last up to 60 mins. If you exceed that you're charged for the whole call.

Hi thanks for your swift reply , it was a landline call it says NGN £5.94 , when you click on it it says NGN 0.00?

I am on calls unlimited this was a 3.01 minutes call
