My bill has gone up by around £40 per month

My bill has gone up by around £40 per month, I added Netflix last month on an offer but I can't see any reason why it would be so much more than I expected.

I have tried logging into my account to recontract to reduce the cost but I can't see any way to do that, only upgrades...does anyone have a number to speak to someone as the virtual assistant isn't very helpful.

Thanks.

@Rachel119    What does your biull show the periods cover? After you make any package changes the bills will be slightly higher for the next month or 2.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/been-overcharged
