Hi I signed up to Sky which included Discovery + but when I try to sign in on the app I get this message "sorry access to discovery+ is available only within the country where you created your account" it's also the same message if I try using the mobile app using phone data.
Any ideas how to resolve the issue.

Hi, no I am in the UK and also I do not use a VPN also when I joined Sky access to Discovery was set up through Sky.com

Also when I sign in I have the option to and can change the password but when I log out and back in again using the new password I still get this message of not being in the country where I created the account.
PS. When I created the original password and any updated passwords it has always been when I was in the UK.
