Someone has cut my wire for sky

Some one has cut the wire on my sky  dish I cannot turn my boxes on upstairs and I cannot record anything

You'll need to give Sky a call to book an engineer to repair it. Or you could use a local satellite installer.

I have tried phoning and emailing them they hung up on me and didn't answer my email

Sky don't use email for general communication which explains the non reply.

They're unlikely to respond to your email, I'm afraid, as they don't use email as a general means of contact. Try calling again - don't hang up if the line goes quiet, or if they refer you to the forum or the help website. Just stay on the line.

Not sure if you have a Sky + or Sky Q box.

But, you can use book an engineer online from the 'book an engineer' link in either of these help articles to get your damaged cable mended.

@Marykathleenyeate unfortunately you can't book a Sky+ engineer online.
