Trying to connect synapptic phone to my Sky internet

How can I put new password word and connect snyapptic phone to my sky hub

@Dotty1957  You can only connect a standard phone to the hub, if it's a VOIP phone it won't work as Sky do not make the VOIP details available.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Dotty1957 this is explained in the Synapptic manual but selectvthe wifi settings in the menu choose the third item to show a list of wifi networks then select the option for your new Sky hub then you will be asked to enter the passcode which is printed on the label on the hub and hooefully it should connect. If you have poor sight you may need someone to help..

 

@GD1 Synapptic make tablets and phones for people with sight loss. Its just a mobile really but the software is an adapted android system
