Phone fault and Sky hung up (for the 3rd time in 24 hours)

I have no dialling tone and if people ring me there is an engaged tone. No fault showing on the line test I did online. We have broadband that is working. I phoned Sky about something yesterday (on mobile) and, after waiting ages, when the phone was answered they hung up without speaking to me. Today, phoning about something else different to todays problem, they transferred me to another number that rang for a while then disconnected me. This evening when trying to report my landline fault, i held for about 20 minutes and the phone was hung up again as soon as they answered, without speaking to me. I got a text saying that I had tried to phone and the robot replies think I want to buy Sky Glass! I messaged the other way offered and there is no reply to Facebook messenger. How on earth am I supposed to report my faulty phone line? I cannot find an email address either. The online fault finder gets me as far as looking at my phone socket and stops the asks if I still need help. Without having to telephone or use Facebook messenger that is being ignored, because I have now spent over 2 hours in 24 hours on the phone, how do I report a fault on my phone line please? I do not have nor want Twitter. Thanks

@Mini+Dan  Sky don't use email I'm afraid.  I've escalated your post via the community chat. This link explains how it works https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147#M1014

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.  It will be tomorrow at the earliest before you get an invite.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
