Sky Talk and Broadband customer: broadband is fine but the landline phone is saying check phone line.
I've checked the connection and restarted multiple times but it's not resolving. If I ring my home phone from my mobile there's a ring tone but the actual phone is not connecting. I can't make calls from the landline either.
There have been multiple engineers messing about with the telephone pole at various points over the last month so I am wondering if they've managed to accidentally disconnect my phone line (has happened before).

No dial tone. I don't have internet calls either.

Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page and an email inviting you to chat online. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. The chat automatically closes within 48 hours of it being started.
